What is the difference between Personal training sessions and the Classes ?
Personal Training
In our Personal training sessions we provide an in-depth initial and ongoing opportunity for us to discuss and work on your boxing fitness goals in a more personalized setting.
We help to develop the best exercise programs with You in mind.
In our personal training sessions, we provide a 1 on 1 session personally guiding you through each workout so that you can achieve 100% results, 100% of the time.
Boxing Classes
In our high intensity boxing classes our performance based routines can be pre-planned and sometimes follow a set format to target specific boxing fundamentals as well as areas of improvement.
We provide expert knowledge, encouragement, monitor your technique and constantly fine-tune your boxing IQ.
We are always available to answer any questions.
